1. Who we are
This website, stgdigitalsolutions.com, is operated by STG Digital Solutions ("STG", "we", "us"), a technology company based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We decide how and why the personal information described here is processed, and we are responsible for it.
This policy is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 in mind.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, email, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message.
- Talent registration: your name, email, phone number, your skills or area of interest and any details you write about yourself.
- Meeting scheduler: your name, company (optional), email, phone/WhatsApp number, meeting agenda and notes, your chosen meeting type, platform, date and time, and your time zone.
- AI assistant chat: the messages you type or speak, and any contact details you choose to share in the chat so our team can follow up.
- Calls, WhatsApp and email: whatever you share with us when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: like every website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. To prevent spam and abuse we keep a short-lived, one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address to limit repeated form submissions; we cannot turn it back into your IP address.
- Cookies and browser storage: described in section 6.
Website analytics (only with your consent): if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, such as pages viewed, time spent, the device and browser used, approximate location (city level) and how you found us. Google may also provide us with aggregated, anonymous estimates of our audience's age range, gender and interests (via "Google signals"). We only ever see these as totals; we cannot identify you from them. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookies are set. We do not use advertising trackers.

We process your information because you have given it to us for these purposes (your consent), because it is needed to provide a service you asked for, or for legitimate uses permitted by law, such as keeping our website secure. We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and you can opt out at any time.
4. Our AI assistant
The chat assistant on this website helps answer questions about STG and our services. When the advanced assistant is active, the messages you send are processed by Google's Gemini AI service to generate replies, and the voice feature may use Google's speech service to read replies aloud. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Your chat history is kept in your own browser for the current session only. Please don't share sensitive personal information (such as financial, health or identity documents) in the chat. AI replies are generated automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate; our team will always confirm details such as scope and pricing.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run the website and our business: our web host (Hostinger), email providers, Google for the AI assistant, and Google Analytics for visitor statistics (only if you accept analytics cookies). They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
- Our team and trusted specialists working on your project, under confidentiality obligations.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
This website also loads fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from the jsDelivr network, embeds YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode, and links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and social networks. When you use those, the provider may receive technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Some of our providers may store data outside India; where that happens we rely on them to protect it with appropriate safeguards.
6. Cookies & browser storage
We keep these to a minimum, and none are used for advertising. Analytics cookies are only set if you click "Accept" on our cookie banner:

7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and meeting bookings: for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and normally no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for the duration of our work together and as long as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
- Spam-prevention data: a matter of hours.
- Google Analytics data: kept by Google for 14 months, then deleted automatically.
When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. How we protect it
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted server folders that cannot be opened from the web, access controls, spam protection and regular updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a data breach where required by law.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- delete it, where we don't need to keep it for legal reasons;
- withdraw consent you have given, for example to marketing messages;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.
To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will reply within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and services change. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
