• try to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the website, its admin area or its systems;
• misuse the AI assistant, for example to generate abusive content or to extract its instructions or data.

We may restrict or block access if we believe these terms are being broken.

3. Our services & proposals

Information on this website about our services, features, timelines and results is a general description to help you understand what we do. It is not a binding offer.

Any paid work, whether websites, apps, software, ERP, marketing, AI or consulting, is governed by a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement that sets out the scope, price, timelines, payment terms and ownership. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Estimates given in conversations, meetings or by the AI assistant are indicative until confirmed in writing.

Results such as search rankings, leads or sales depend on many factors outside our control, so we don't guarantee specific outcomes unless they are expressly agreed in writing.

4. Consultations & meetings

• Consultations booked through the website are free and carry no obligation to buy anything.
• A booking reserves the chosen time slot for you. Please give accurate contact details so we can share the meeting link.
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can. We may also need to reschedule occasionally; if so, we will contact you to agree a new time.
• Please don't share confidential information in a first meeting unless we have agreed confidentiality in writing; we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before detailed discussions.

5. AI assistant

The chat and voice assistant gives automated answers based on information on this website. Replies may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, legal, financial or technical advice. Our team confirms anything important, such as pricing, scope or timelines, directly. Messages you send to the assistant are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The STG name and logo, website design, text, graphics, images, code and blog articles are owned by or licensed to STG Digital Solutions and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, and quote short excerpts with a link back to us. You may not copy, republish or sell our content, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client's own agreement.

7. Information you send us

When you send us messages, project ideas, files or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. You keep ownership of your ideas and material; you allow us to use them only to respond to you, prepare proposals and deliver the services you ask for. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Talent registration

Registering through our Talent or Digital Workforce programmes does not create an employment relationship or guarantee work. Any project, freelance or employment arrangement will be agreed separately in writing, including scope, payment and confidentiality.

9. Third-party links & services

Our website links to and uses services we don't control, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Calendar, YouTube, video-meeting platforms and social networks. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms apply when you use them.

10. Disclaimers & liability

We work hard to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and content may change without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, STG is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the website or reliance on its content or the AI assistant. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our liability for paid services is governed by the relevant client agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Before going to court, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve things quickly and amicably.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the website means you accept the updated terms.
